Several years ago, Bob along with his painting partner Annette Kowalski, began designing a program of floral painting that would open new vistas of enjoyment for mastery to Ross style painters.  Incorporating Bob's wet on wet techniques and adding new methods designed for lowers, Bob Ross Floral Painting was first presented to his viewing audience on Bob's "Joy of Painting" program.
