French Roses to Paint

This book brings together the artist's interpretation of the universally appealing rose.  The French influence in decorating contributes casual elegance and a touch of romanticism to each project.  Many of the projects are painted on salvaged items that bring an extra measure of vintage charm to the painting.  Every project is a variation on a rose -- with a variety of techniques used to get different looks for each rose featured.  French words painted on many of the projects add to the charm of the projects.
