Cotman Brushes
In creating this range of pure synthetic brushes, Winsor & Newton applied the same skills, generated over 100 years, as those used in making the finest sable brushes. The secret of the Cotman Brush lies in the fibers, by blending synthetic fibers of differing thicknesses, they achieved the three most important qualities sought after by the artist. The thicker fibers contribute strength and spring whilst the thinner fibers improve colour holding capacity. Together they retain a perfect point, time after time. |

A wide range of sizes and styles to suit all applications is available giving most of the qualities of sable at an economic price.
The range features blue polished handles (except series 777) and seamless nickel plated ferrules. Suitable for use with water colour and all water and oil based media.
