Delta's Air-Dry PermEnamel Surface Conditioner is specially formulated with bonding agents to help PermEnamel Paints and Glazes adhere faster and easier to non-porous surfaces like glass, ceramics and primed metals. This is the all important first step to ensure successful results.  If this step is skipped, the paint will not adhere properly.
Due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, flammable items and aerosol spray cans may only be shipped ground within the Continental United States.
