International Shipping Policy

International Shipment Methods and Information

International orders ship through the United States Postal Service or UPS. International shipping charges are based on the items ordered, weight, size and destination.

After your order is placed, shipping charges are calculated and you will be e-mailed within 24-48 hours notifying you of your shipping options and their costs. Your order will not ship without your approval. We will cancel your order if we do not hear from you within two business days.

The recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees. We are not able to calculate these prior to shipping. Contact your local customs office for information about these charges.We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided. We cannot mark packages as gifts or samples, all prices must be shown for custom clearance.

Shipping charges are the actual amount charged by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, plus a small handling fee. 

APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.

Canadian Shipping - Fast Delivery/Better Tracking

Canadian Customers: Hofcraft is now offering UPS Standard as a shipping option in addition to the US Postal Service. UPS Standard to Canada has proved to be a faster way of shipping and has a great tracking system.
Hofcraft has negotiated a small, $10.00 brokerage fee for orders shipped to residential addresses (for orders less than $200.00 Canadian). This charge will be added to your duties/taxes fees charged by customs and collected by UPS when they deliver your package.
This $10.00 brokerage does not apply when shipping to a commercial business address.
We do not have access to information regarding customs, duties or taxes.

Please note: United States Postal Service shipping options are still available for Canadian orders.

Expected International Shipment Times

First-Class Mail International - Delivery estimate around 3-5 weeks
Priority Mail International - Delivery estimate 7-12 business days
Express Mail International - Delivery estimate 3-7 business days
UPS Standard to Canada - Delivery Estimate 2-4 days
These are estimated time frames and depend on customs in your country.

Payment Methods for International Orders

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or PayPal.
Payment in U.S. dollars by charge card only.

Large Volume International Orders

Large Volume International Orders must be packaged to receive shipping quotes. International orders that are considered Large Volume International Orders may encounter up to a 15% restocking fee if canceled.

Large Volume International Orders that require changes to the order made by the customer may encounter extra fees.
