Hofcraft Special Order Policy

We are always ready to order items for our customers that are not shown on our Website, or to special order larger quantities of items that we normally do stock.
The following conditions apply:

We will quote customers a price based on quantities and our terms with that manufacturer.

We will give the customer an estimated time of delivery for the special order based on availability from the manufacturer.

Customer will agree to the above prices and estimated delivery time. This constitutes an agreement to purchase on the part of the customer.

Any cancellation of a special order may be subject to a return fee of up to 15%

It is to your advantage to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Payment by MC* / Visa* / Discover* / American Express* / PayPal / Personal Checks† / COD - USA Only ($9.00)

†RETURNED CHECKS - There is an $18.00 fee for any returned check.

*When Paying by credit card, you MUST HAVE the CVV Code (CVV stands for Creditcard Validation Value. The CVV is a 3 or 4 digit number found on the back of Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards and on the front of American Express cards).
