Langnickel Royal Sable Brush Photo

These brushes are a rugged blend of badger hair (similar to Mongoose) that is soft yet has good snap.
Used mostly by oil painters, however,  you can use them to move tube acrylics if you clean them rigorously.
These Langnickel Royal Sable brushes are very wear resistant.  The secret to their spring and capacity lies in a substantial amount of stiff hair set in the ferrule.
Some of our artists have Langnickel brushes in use that are over 20 years old.
