Jo Sonja's Decoupage Varnish

A heavy-bodied gloss varnish for artists who wish to finish their projects with a thick, lacquer-like coating.  It has been specially formulated for decoupage artists to hide the cut edges of paper.  Applying 8 - 10 coats of other, thinner varnishes.  It does not yellow over time and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Jo Sonja's Polyurethane Waterbased Gloss, Matte and Satin Varnishes

Deco Art Dura Clear Exterior or Interior Poly Varnish

Anywhere you need a tough, clear, non-yellowing polyurethane fortified varnish.  Can be used inside or out.  Dry to the touch in 30 minutes and can be re-coated.

Use to improve the workability of oil colors.  Mix this medium into your oils with a palette knife.  A mixture of thinner, linseed oil and varnish in a 4 oz plastic bottle.

Mona Lisa Antiquing Glaze

Antique glaze will give a weathered look to the surface to which it is applied.  Brush on and wipe off while still wet with a cheesecloth.  Wipe harder to create highlights and less for areas to be left dark such as corners.

Winsor and Newton Damar Varnish

A pale yellow varnish for oil / alkyd / acrylic works.  Dries quickly to high gloss.  Remains resoluble in turpentine.

Winsor and Newton Superfine Damar Retouch Varnish

A very pale yellow color and produces a temporary, extremely thin wet-looking layer over your dried oil or alkyd work in progress.  This makes it easier to match colors as you continue with the work.  Frequently used to protect unfinished work.

Winsor and Newton Conserve-Art Varnishes

A superior quality matte varnish for protecting works of art in either oils / alkyds / acrylics.  May be removed even after long periods of time.

Salad Bowl Finish

General Finishes' Salad Bowl Finish is a "Non-Toxic When Cured" Finish for salad bowls, wood utensils, butcher blocks or any wood surface that is to come in contact with food.  It is also ideal for children's furniture and wooden toys.  Salad Bowl Finish will maintain its non-toxicity when applied over any of the General Finishes stains.

Salad Bowl Finish is the perfect finish for wood turning projects.  It dries DUST FREE, has a low odor and just wipes on with a rag.  Salad Bowl Finish is safe to put in the dishwasher.  Should maintenance be necessary, simply apply another coat at any time.
